Our pricing structure is based off of a simple cost-plus format.

For jobs that are simple installs or repairs with no material cost, or if the client chooses to supply the material, we charge a simple hourly rate of $55.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.                                                                                                                                        

For larger jobs it is the same hourly charge for labor, plus the cost of materials. We do NOT upcharge for the materials needed for any job. We also do NOT upcharge the cost of any sub-contractor in the event that we need to use a sub-contractor for part of a job.
