How We Price Our Work
Most of our services fall into two categories: service visits for smaller jobs and custom pricing for larger projects.
🔧 Service Visits & Small Jobs
We regularly help homeowners with smaller projects such as faucet replacements, curtain rod installation, furniture assembly, and general repairs. To keep scheduling efficient and ensure fair small job pricing, we use a simple service visit model.
Service Visit Pricing
Single Technician
First hour: $100
Each additional hour: $75
Two Skilled Technicians
First hour: $175
Each additional hour: $135
Two Skilled Technicians. Less Time. Better Value.
For projects involving multiple repairs or improvements, our two skilled technicians can often work independently to complete your to-do list in less time. Because we can accomplish more during a single visit, a two-person crew may actually cost less than having one technician complete the same work. We recommend the most efficient and cost-effective staffing option for your project. You only pay for the crew size agreed upon before work begins.
Getting the Most Value
Have several small repairs you've been putting off? Combining them into a single appointment can save time and money. Our two-person crew can often divide tasks and work simultaneously, completing more in less time. This makes our handyman services especially valuable for homeowners with multiple repairs, rental property maintenance, or home improvement punch lists.

Kitchen & Bathroom Updates
Not every home improvement requires a major renovation! We specialize in smaller kitchen and bathroom updates, including vanity replacements, backsplash installation, fixture upgrades, flooring repairs, and other light remodel project costs that can make a big difference without a complete remodel.
These projects are typically quoted at a fixed price based on the work involved, giving you a clear estimate before work begins. We’ll walk through your project and provide a clear, detailed estimate before any work begins.
Materials
We believe in transparent material pricing. Materials are billed at cost, plus a 10% handling charge to help cover sourcing, purchasing, pickup, and transportation. We explain material costs as part of your estimate so you know what to expect. You’ll always know what you’re paying for—no hidden markups.
